Coffee Soldier

Amazing coffee, the best I've had in Japan. The place is very spartanic, hardly any place to sit down or anything to eat other than packaged cookies. But my god is the coffee good. The barista / owner won the Japanese Barista Championship in 2008 and he hasn't lost any of his touch. Agree with some of the previous reviews that he's not very friendly and can seem a bit sharp, but if you just want a really good coffee, don't let that stop you from coming.

I might not have as much kindness as I expected, but it was the shop I wanted to visit. I did not expect anything else as it is a place to concentrate on coffee. It is a small space but there are stools for 5 minutes to sit and drink coffee. It may not suit the tastes of Koreans who do not like acidity. Even though I drank a latte, I was very sour. There is a feeling that it is difficult to concentrate on the fragrance of the extracted coffee because there is a lot of noise and the roasted coffee smell because roasted coffee is roasted in a narrow space.
